At ILBS, professional advice begins with understanding the facts properly. Every consultation is designed to be structured, secure and capable of producing a reliable digital record.
Every consultation should be capable of
- Reviewing documents together in real time.
- Sharing screens where appropriate.
- Confirming identities.
- Recording the consultation with appropriate notice and consent.
- Producing an accurate attendance note.
- Creating a secure digital case file.
- Generating AI-assisted transcripts, chronologies and action plans where appropriate.
Why we do not offer telephone consultations
This is not about convenience; it is about delivering a higher standard of professional service. Traditional telephone calls do not support document review, screen sharing, identity verification or the reliable creation of a structured digital case file.
Consultations are therefore conducted in person or by Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Video or, where video is impractical, WhatsApp Voice.
