How to open your secure matter
- Check your email for the unique secure link supplied by ILBS.
- Open that link in your usual browser.
- Enter the six-digit PIN supplied separately by ILBS.
Your link and PIN should be kept private and must not be forwarded. ILBS will never ask you to send the PIN back to us.
If the email is missing, check Spam or Junk. If you still cannot find it, email consult@ilbsuk.com and quote your matter reference.
